• Non-BP77 Employees: Immediate family members or dependants of BP77 employees are not permitted to register as members.
• Account Not Prohibited: You are not currently subject to an active self-exclusion period at BP77 or any related platform.

Registering a BP77 account is straightforward and can be completed in under two minutes. That said, there are important responsibilities you must uphold throughout the use of your account.

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and profile updates must be accurate, complete, and current. BP77 reserves the right to request supporting proof to verify any information provided.
• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the BP77 support team immediately.
• Account Name: The registered name must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet owner used for transactions. Any mismatch may result in withdrawal delays.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes (match-fixing)
• Using a BP77 account for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts or other unauthorised methods
• Placing bets on behalf of an individual who has been self-excluded
• Spreading false information or defamatory content about BP77 to the public

There are two types of account termination or suspension that may occur on BP77:

A. Voluntary Closure (At Member's Request)

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the BP77 support team. Before the closure is processed:

• All active pending bets will be settled according to the standard rules
• Any eligible account balance will be returned to the registered payment method
• Any active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled

B. Termination / Suspension by BP77

BP77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions
• Inaccurate registration details or identity fraud
• Activities showing signs of money laundering
• Instructions from the relevant authorities
• Any prohibited conduct as set out in Section 9

In cases of termination involving a breach, BP77 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Should the investigation find a serious breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.
